The alternative to not suffer stagnation is making a split routine three days for two and so on the first day train chest, shoulders and triceps, while on the Megatropin second day back biceps and forearms are trained, while cuádiceps and femoral are made resting on the third day and the fourth repetition of the cycle beginning on day five.
 

In this style the first training is completed in the Megatropin morning and the second in the afternoon resulting in a twofold division of the daily routine, shorter workouts and an incidence of greater intensity in each muscle group.
