Eat Healthy to Lose Weight. When we go to a fast food restaurant and order a burger and fries super sized with a large diet coke we know that no matter what they say or how it is dressed up the meal is not healthy and has too far too many calories. What about the food labeling that seems to be healthy? Are they really as healthy as you think? Usually they are not. Slimera Garcinia Cambogia The Label Says; Saturated fat free. It means less than 1/2 gram of saturated fat per serving. The Label Says; Low Saturated fat. It means less than 1 gram of saturated fat per serving. Now if you are really trying to manage your weight loss you may only eat the small portion label as one serving on most packages. Most people eat more.
